At the Sharp End: Super Sabre R/C Model Assembly Kit

This R/C model assembly kit revisits and updates the Super Sabre, a beginner-friendly buggy that first hit the market in 1987. Designed with a focus on off-road capabilities, it features a robust bathtub frame chassis equipped with 4WD and CVA oil dampers – a combination promising excellent performance on rough terrains. The addition of grippy hybrid tires further enhances its off-road prowess. The model’s aerodynamic polycarbonate body comes pre-painted and pre-cut, ensuring it looks as fast as it performs.

Capable Off-Road Chassis

The Super Sabre’s chassis is designed for durability and easy maintenance, divided into three main sections: the bathtub frame and the sealed front and rear gearboxes, each housing a differential gear for smoother cornering. The shaft-driven 4WD system, positioned with a midship motor layout, ensures balanced power distribution. The chassis is equipped with short CVA oil dampers on a double-wishbone suspension, complemented by a front stabilizer to minimize roll. Oval block/pin spike hybrid tires offer exceptional grip, making this model a formidable contender on any off-road track.
