Koenigsegg in Miniature
Christian von Koenigsegg founded the company in 1994, and it is based in Ängelholm, Sweden. In November 2017 the Agera RS set a production car record with an average of 447.19 km/h on a closed road in Nevada. Many Koenigsegg models come from GT Spirit, a sister brand of Otto Mobile and Solido, which makes sealed resin numbered limited editions, so the doors and engine covers do not open. GT Spirit 1:18: CC850, Gemera and Regera
The CC850 was inspired by the CC8S and marks Christian von Koenigsegg's 50th birthday and 20 years since the first customer delivery; planned production rose from 50 to 70 cars. GT Spirit makes it in Crystal White. The Gemera, unveiled in March 2020, is a four-seater, and GT Spirit's 2024 model is in Racing Green; at 4,975mm long, the real car measures about 28cm in 1:18. The Regera was shown at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show with Koenigsegg Direct Drive, which replaces a multi-speed gearbox with a single fixed gear. GT Spirit offers it in Baby Blue and White, plus a 2023 Record version in white, the year the Regera ran 0-400-0 km/h in 28.81 seconds at Örebro.
The Jesko in 1:12 and 1:8
The Jesko was revealed at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show and is named after the founder's father, Jesko von Koenigsegg. In June 2024 the Jesko Absolut cut the 0-400-0 km/h record to 27.83 seconds, and GT Spirit makes that record car in grey in 1:12.
