The Ford Raptor T1+ is a purpose-built T1+ category prototype developed to contest the world’s toughest cross-country rally raids. Based around a tubular spaceframe wrapped in Raptor-styled bodywork, it pairs a twin-turbocharged V6 with long-travel suspension engineered to absorb the punishing dunes, rocks and fesh-fesh of Saudi Arabia. The programme reflects Ford Performance’s renewed factory commitment to Dakar, with M-Sport handling the engineering and race operations. The T1+ regulations allow wider tracks, greater suspension travel and 37-inch tyres, giving the Raptor the stance and ground clearance needed for the marathon stages.

At the Dakar Rally 2026, the Ford Raptor T1+ went up against the established factory efforts from Toyota Gazoo Racing, Audi’s successor programmes and the Mini and Hunter entries from X-raid and Prodrive. The No.227 crew of Nani Roma and Alex Haro brought the car home in second place overall in the car category, a strong result for the M-Sport Ford programme in only its debut season at the event and a return to the Dakar podium for Roma, a previous outright winner of the rally.

Made by Spark in 1:43 scale, this resin model measures approximately 10.5cm in length and is supplied on a branded display base under a clear acrylic case.
