Add a rally-raid replica to your collection with the Ford No.226 3rd Dakar Rally 2026. This officially licensed 1:43 scale model represents the M-Sport Ford entry that finished third on the world’s most demanding cross-country rally, driven by Mattias Ekström with Emil Bergkvist alongside in the navigator’s seat.

The Ford Raptor T1+ was developed by M-Sport in partnership with Ford Performance as a purpose-built T1+ category cross-country challenger. Based around a tubular spaceframe with long-travel suspension and a front-mid-mounted V8, it was designed to handle the punishing dune, rock and desert stages that define modern Dakar competition. The programme marked Ford’s return to top-line factory rally-raid effort, pitting the Blue Oval directly against established T1+ rivals from Toyota, Audi and Mini. Ekström, a multiple touring car champion and Race of Champions winner, joined the programme to bring proven all-surface speed to the new platform.

At the 2026 Dakar Rally, the Ford Raptor T1+ contested the full two-week route against the factory Toyota Hiluxes, Mini buggies and other T1+ contenders. Ekström and Bergkvist mounted a consistent stage-by-stage campaign across the marathon route, banking solid times in the dunes and avoiding the major mechanical losses that have decided so many recent Dakars. The crew brought car No.226 home in third overall, securing a podium finish for the M-Sport Ford project.

Made by Spark in 1:43 scale, this resin model measures approximately 10.5cm and comes mounted on a branded display base under a clear acrylic cover. The compact 1:43 format is the standard collector scale for rally-raid and endurance entries, allowing a multi-car shelf display without dominating the room, and Spark’s tampo printing captures the dense sponsor and competition decals carried on a Dakar machine.
