The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is one of the most emotionally and historically loaded cars Ferrari has produced in the modern era — an Icona series model that drew its design language directly from the 330 P4 and 512 S sports prototypes that dominated endurance racing at the end of the 1960s, translating their open-top, curvaceous beauty into a contemporary machine powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 producing 840hp. The SP3’s name itself commemorates the 1-2-3 finish Ferrari achieved at the 1967 Daytona 24 Hours — a result widely considered the high-water mark of Ferrari’s endurance racing dominance.
