The Mirage IIIC is an iconic, single-seat interceptor that first took to the skies on October 9, 1960. Powered by an Atar 09B-3 turbojet engine, the aircraft was a versatile force in aerial combat, armed with two 125-round DEFA 30-mm cannons and equipped with five wing pylons. Known for its air-to-air and air-to-ground capabilities, the Mirage IIIC was exported successfully to several countries, including Switzerland, Israel, and South Africa.
