Description

The Macau GT World Cup is one of motorsport’s most prestigious and demanding single events — a race around the legendary Guia Circuit that combines the raw challenge of a narrow, barrier-lined street track with a field of the world’s finest GT3 machinery and drivers. Macau’s combination of the long Lisboa Straight, the fearsome Lisboa corner, and the twisting, unforgiving hillside sections makes it a circuit where the margin between a perfect lap and a race-ending contact with the barriers is measured in centimetres. Victory there is a distinction that carries real weight.

Maro Engel, one of Mercedes-AMG Motorsport’s most experienced and accomplished factory drivers, claimed that victory in 2024 in the GMR Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO — a result that underlined both his mastery of street circuit racing and the competitiveness of the latest evolution of AMG’s GT3 programme. Engel’s combination of technical precision, racecraft developed across years of top-level GT competition, and an intimate knowledge of what the AMG GT3 demands from its driver made him an ideal protagonist for Macau’s unique challenges.

Spark’s 1:18 resin model captures the winning No. 130 car in its Macau 2024 specification at approximately 27cm in length, limited to just 300 units and presented with a display case and base.
