Description

The Lexus LS 400 makes a return to the Tamiya product catalog with updated decals, instruction manual, and window masking stickers to help make window trim painting easier. Debuting in 1989, the Lexus LS 400 was Toyota’s first vehicle released under the luxury vehicle badge Lexus, and it brilliantly packaged motoring pleasure, safety, and performance into a world-class prestige car. Its smooth, flowing body had a remarkably low drag coefficient of 0.29. The 3,968cc DOHC V8 engine was capable of 250hp while the electronically controlled, 4-speed automatic transmission and double wishbone suspension system provided the utmost in driving comfort.

• 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 208mm, width: 86mm.
• The front hood is removable to allow viewing of the detailed V8 engine depiction even after assembly.
• Metal transfers recreate brand emblems.
• Comes with updated decals and masking stickers for the windows.

Understanding Scale

The scale of a model is its size as a proportion to the real-life item. For instance, a 1:18 scale model means that every 1 unit of measurement on the model equals 18 units on the real item. If you divide the real item's size by 18, you'd get the size of the 1:18 model. Please note that models can vary slightly in size, as not all real-life items, like cars or planes, have the same dimensions.
