Description

Add a competition-grade rally raid replica to your collection with the Ford No.225 5th Place Dakar Rally 2026. This officially licensed 1:43 scale model represents the Ford works entry, driven by Carlos Sainz with co-driver Lucas Cruz.

The Ford Raptor T1+ was developed by M-Sport in partnership with Ford Performance as a purpose-built rally raid prototype for the FIA World Rally-Raid Championship and the Dakar. It is built around a tubular spaceframe chassis with long-travel independent suspension to handle the extreme terrain of cross-country events, and is powered by a twin-turbocharged V6 mated to a sequential gearbox. The programme marks Ford’s return to factory-level Dakar competition and brought together a driver line-up including Carlos Sainz, a multi-time Dakar winner who joined the project ahead of the 2026 edition. The Raptor T1+ is engineered to comply with the FIA’s T1.+ category regulations, which set out tyre sizes, suspension travel limits and aerodynamic constraints for top-class cross-country cars.

At the Dakar Rally 2026, the Ford Raptor T1+ contested the toughest cross-country event on the calendar across the dunes and rocky tracks of Saudi Arabia, going up against the works Toyota Hilux, Mini, Dacia and the privateer field in the T1+ class. Carlos Sainz, partnered by long-time co-driver Lucas Cruz, brought the No.225 entry home in fifth position overall after two weeks of marathon stages.

Made by Spark in 1:43 scale, this resin model measures approximately 11cm in length and is supplied on a branded display base under a clear acrylic case. At this scale it sits neatly alongside other Spark Dakar, WRC and endurance releases without dominating a shelf, making it easy to build a themed rally raid collection.
