Description

The Porsche 911 Targa is one of the most distinctive body styles in the 911 family — a design that dates to 1967 when Porsche introduced the iconic stainless steel rollover bar and removable roof panel that gave the Targa its name, a reference to the Targa Florio race in Sicily where Porsche had enjoyed such success. The 992 Targa 4 GTS combines that heritage with the GTS specification’s enhanced 480bhp output from the 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six, all-wheel drive traction, and a level of dynamic capability that places it well above the standard Carrera S whilst remaining a genuinely versatile car for everyday use.

Bahama Yellow on the Targa 4 GTS is a combination that demands attention and rewards it — the vivid yellow working with the Targa’s signature rollover bar and the GTS’s wider body to create a car that looks entirely at ease with its own exuberance. The removable Targa roof panel brings the open-air experience to a body style that retains more structural rigidity than a conventional cabriolet, giving the GTS a character that is its own rather than a compromise between two alternatives.
