The Alfa Romeo F12 Carro Attrezzi — a forward-control recovery and transporter vehicle built on Alfa Romeo’s light commercial truck platform — represents one of the less frequently celebrated but entirely authentic aspects of the Italian manufacturer’s history during the 1970s. While the Alfetta, the Giulia, and the Alfasud attracted the attention of the motoring press, vehicles like the F12 Carro Attrezzi were the working infrastructure of Alfa Romeo’s real-world presence: carrying, recovering, and transporting the cars that customers drove and the racing teams competed with across an Italy in which Alfa Romeo was one of the most visible presences on both road and circuit.

Dressed in Alfa Romeo red, the Carro Attrezzi brings the manufacturer’s visual identity to a working vehicle of genuine period character — the forward-control cab, the loading ramps, and the functional bodywork of 1977 preserving a moment in Italian commercial vehicle history that scale model manufacturers rarely address. This Limited Edition variant of Mitica’s model acknowledges the model’s collectability with a numbered production run. At approximately 30cm in length at 1:18 scale, it captures the Carro Attrezzi with openable doors, working wheels, and fully operational ramps.
