The special livery was revealed on last year for the 2022 Italian Grand Prix, adding a yellow engine cover and rear wing endplates to the existing design, as well as featuring the famous ‘long F’ on the Last year, during the 2022 Italian Grand Prix, a special livery was unveiled. Yellow has always held significance as Ferrari’s “second color,” complementing the iconic red that has been mandatory for Italian racing cars since the early 20th century. Ferrari’s press release states, “Since the establishment of the Scuderia in 1929 and the subsequent founding of the car manufacturer 75 years ago, Enzo Ferrari chose yellow, along with blue, as the colors representing the Modena coat of arms, symbolizing the company’s emblem, the Prancing Horse with the tricolor band at the top.” This special livery celebrates the centenary of the Monza racetrack, making it an extraordinary occasion.
