Bentley in Miniature
W.O. Bentley founded Bentley in 1919, and the company built its reputation on fast, durable touring cars that soon proved themselves in endurance racing. Many Bentley models are made in resin. Resin models are normally sealed, so the doors and bonnet do not open, but the material allows sharp panel lines and accurate proportions on small production runs. Six Le Mans Victories
Bentley won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1924, and then four years in a row from 1927 to 1930, driven by the wealthy, largely amateur drivers known as the Bentley Boys. Woolf Barnato won three of those races, the last two in the Speed Six. In 1930 Tim Birkin set a new lap record in the supercharged 4½ Litre Blower he shared with Jean Chassagne before tyre problems and a retirement late in the race; Amalgam Collection makes that car in 1:18. Bentley returned in 2003 and won again with the Speed 8 of Guy Smith, Tom Kristensen and Dindo Capello, with the sister car second. The Mulliner Batur
Bentley's Mulliner division unveiled the Batur at Monterey Car Week in 2022 as a run of just 18 cars, all reserved before the reveal. It takes its name from Lake Batur on Bali and uses a twin-turbo 6.0-litre W12 producing more than 740 PS, the most powerful Bentley engine to date. Top Speed makes the Batur in 1:18 resin in Bonneville Pearl and in the 2023 Scarab specification, and True Scale Miniatures offers the Bonneville Pearl car in 1:43.

From the 1930s, Cult Scale makes the 1938 Vanden Plas Tourer in 1:18 in green, gold and red, an open four-seater with long flowing wings that suits a classic car display.
