Description
The Marcos GT remains one of British motorsport’s most idiosyncratic and beloved creations — a sports car built on a distinctive wooden monocoque chassis with a fiberglass body of low, purposeful elegance that owed nothing to convention and everything to the vision of its creators. The 3-Litre Ford V6-powered version gave the Marcos genuine performance credentials to complement its already engaging handling, and the combination of light weight, low centre of gravity, and the V6’s torque made for a driving experience that larger, heavier sports cars of the era could not replicate.
In Green — a colour with deep resonance in British sports car history — the Marcos GT looks entirely at home, its lines seemingly designed with this shade in mind. Matrix’s 1:43 resin model is limited to just 100 pieces and presented with a display case and base, a natural companion to the Yellow edition for collectors of this fascinating British marque.

The scale of a model is its size as a proportion to the real-life item. For instance, a 1:18 scale model means that every 1 unit of measurement on the model equals 18 units on the real item. If you divide the real item's size by 18, you'd get the size of the 1:18 model.
