Description

Olivier Gendebien was the supreme Le Mans driver of his era — a Belgian of extraordinary precision and endurance who won the 24 Hours four times between 1958 and 1962, always in a Ferrari. His 1960 victory alongside fellow Belgian Paul Frère in the No. 11 Ferrari 250 TR59-60 was one of the most accomplished performances of that run, the two drivers managing both car and pace immaculately across a full race distance that eliminated faster but less carefully driven opposition.

The TR59-60 was Ferrari at the height of its sports car dominance — a twin-cam, naturally aspirated masterpiece in a body of timeless beauty.
