Description

Ixo’s 1:18 scale replica of the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 ZR1 is finished in Torch Red and produced under Ixo reference 18RDC243. The model is constructed primarily from diecast metal with detailed plastic parts, and measures approximately 26 cm in length. Features include opening doors, bonnet and boot, working suspension, working wheels, rubber tyres and a display plinth. It is officially licensed and approved by Chevrolet.

The 2019 Corvette C7 ZR1 was the final and most potent variant of the C7 generation, built as a one-year-only model at GM’s Bowling Green assembly plant in Kentucky. Power comes from a supercharged 6.2-litre LT5 V8, fed by a 2.6-litre Eaton supercharger — some 52% larger than the unit fitted to the Z06 — producing 755 bhp at 6,300 rpm and 715 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm, making it the most powerful production engine General Motors had ever built at the time of its release. Paired with a seven-speed manual or optional eight-speed automatic gearbox, the ZR1 accelerates from 0-60 mph in 2.85 seconds, covers the quarter-mile in 10.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 212 mph, making it the fastest production Corvette ever built.
