MU Points questions
How do I join?
Create an account at checkout or in My Account. Every registered customer is a member, so existing customers are already earning.
When are my points added?
Points are added once your order is confirmed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points for it are removed.
How do I spend my points?
Go to My Account, then Rewards, and convert your points into a discount code. Apply the code at checkout. You need at least 1,000 points to redeem.
What do points get earned on?
Points are earned on product prices. Shipping charges and purchases paid with gift cards or store credit do not earn points.
Can I use a code with other offers?
Each reward code is single use and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Any unused value on a code does not carry over.
Can I share or transfer points?
Points belong to one customer account. They can’t be transferred or merged with another account.
