United Kingdom
- Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and in-stock items leave the same day.
- Sent with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL or UPS depending on size.
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
Europe
- Your checkout total includes your country’s VAT and import duty.
- Nothing extra to pay to the courier on delivery.
United States
- US import duties and taxes are included at checkout.
- Nothing extra to pay to the courier on delivery.
Canada
- Canadian taxes and duties are included at checkout.
- Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Australia & New Zealand
- Destination taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.

What happens after you order
Order confirmed
You get a confirmation email straight away, then a second once payment clears.
Packed with care
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Later orders go the next working day.
Tracking sent
Your dispatch email includes tracking, which goes live within 24 hours.
Delivered
Fully tracked to your door, with any international taxes and duties already paid.
Busy periods: dispatch can take a few extra days at peak times. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll email you.
Lost or damaged parcels
Parcel not arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email [email protected]. If it’s confirmed lost, you can choose a full refund, an exchange or a replacement.
Arrived damaged
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the model. We’ll file the claim with the courier and offer a refund, exchange or replacement.
