Order Processing Time

All Model Universe orders received before 14:00 GMT Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day, orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days at most. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Express – £4.99

Zone 2 (Europe)*:

International Tracked – £14.99 +

Free delivery when you spend over £200

Zone 3 (United States)*:

International Tracked – £17.99 +

UPS Express – £37.99 +

Free Delivery when you spend over £250

Zone 3 (Canada)*:

International Tracked – £19.99 +

Zone 4 (United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia)*:

Zone 5 (Australia & New Zealand)*:

Zone 6 (Rest of the World)*:

*International rates carry surcharges depending on the size and weight of the item you are ordering. For more accurate rates, you can use the shipping calculator in the cart page.

For international parcels the following couriers may be used: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL or UPS.

Delivery confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive 30 days after dispatch, please let us know via email at contact@model-universe.com. If after consultation with courier we conclude that your order is lost, we will offer you a full refund, exchange or replacement.

Damaged Shipments

If your order was damaged when received, please let us know via email at support@model-universe.com. We will then file a claim with the courier on your behalf, and offer you a full or partial refund (depending upon the severity of the damage), exchange or replacement.

Duties & Tax for orders delivered outside UK

All orders delivered to regions outside the UK are sold exclusive of VAT. Duties and taxes may be charged by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
